Show stopper! This is my second wreath from them. I had asked for them not to put the rainbow metallic ribbon on it and put something else in bc I wasn’t thrilled with it. However it arrived with it. I called, they said there was no notes on my order. Hmmmm… But they told me they would switch out the ribbon but I would have to mail back and there would of course be turn around time. I was supposed to look at the other wreaths and pick a ribbon. I didn’t see one that I thought would work and the longer I kept this, the more the rainbow metallic grew on me. Glad I didn’t change it!
