When I received my oversized Santa wreath, the red ornament on the front was broken. I contacted Ashley Nicole Designs to request a new ornament. My request was made on Black Friday. I received an answer first thing Monday morning and the ornament arrived before the weekend. Ashley Nicole Designs wreaths are more beautiful in person. This is the only place I purchase wreaths.
