After submitting a review that my wreath did not look like the picture of what I ordered, a representation contacted me and asked for a photo. After seeing the photo, she determined that the lipstick vines were missing. I received them very quickly and was easily able to attach them. Although the wreath was pretty without them, they really add some beauty. Then the company partially refunded some of the cost of the wreath. What a surprise and what outstanding customer service. I’m so happy!

I really like the designs on the metal stakes that I purchased. I kept one for myself and the others are gifts. The stakes were not included with the purchase. I notified the vendor and they immediately shipped it overnight so now I have everything to go with the signs. They are beautiful and thank you. I will definitely purchase again.
