I was a little concerned in the condition it would arrive since it looked large in the photo, it’s perfect! We have a small front porch so it shows very well; our front door sits back, it’s narrow & never gets direct sunlight, that’s why I opted for the porch window. When I ordered the wreath it was advertised with free shipping for items over, I believe $150., I was charged for shipping. I’m not concerned about a refund, I would like to know was it because I ordered over the phone. Looking at your website I can see you have beautiful products in your store & employ talented people. It’s probably best for my wallet that it would take me hours to drive there. Thank you! Sheila Harris
